At present, it is undeniable that the crime is likely to increase several punishments have been put forward to solve problems. One of the penalties which most people believe it brutal is capital punishment. From my perspective, this method seem to be cruel judgment for a wrongdoer.
No matter someone do something wrong, especially mirror issues, the death penalty should not be used for making decision. It look ruthless because this sentence kills one’s life. They are not only have an opportunity to re-sit themselves. Therefore, capital punishment is not the best option to judge a case. On the contrary, it makes social awful, people feel apprehend and do not want to do anything. This is because they are afraid that their action may leads to serious problems and end up with death sentence.
Besides not only does death penalty look cruel, but it also unfair for criminals doing mirror problems such as stealing, brawling and so on. Some actions of delinquents may not serious issues and bring about capital punishment. Therefore, to make one punishment has a line of reasoning and not brutalise, judging and punishing someone should act appropriately. For example, the judge ought to separate the level of penalty in order to give a fairness for wrongdoers.
However, it is true that the execution can stop individuals from committing affiances. People may afraid of doing something wrong and more consider about their actions. Moreover, this process may also help police do their job easily because a society has a strong low to decrease crimes.
Having discussed my ideas, even though this punishment can lead to peaceful society and the number of criminals decreases, capital punishment seems not to appropriate in every cases. I still hold on my position that the death sentence still ruthless because someone has to die to compensate their mistake. Therefore, this kind of punishment should consider deliberately and concern about ethic and moral.
