The two diagrams explain how cement is manufactured from raw materials to finished cement packages and how creates is mixed with four components in a container for the construction of building.
To begin, the limestone on a conveyer belt and the clay on another line are put into a pair of rollers and are crushed until they are powder. They are then mixed in a mixer until the two components have been formed an a certain amount of uniform powder. Next, the powder passes through a pipe to a cylindrical rotating heater and is heated by furnace. Subsequently, the mixer travels on a conveyer belt and levitated by a grinder, which crushes it to the into a delicate cement. Finally, it is packed in bags which are ready for distribution.
Turning to the concrete production for buildings and housing purposes, the components consist of gravel, sand, cement and water which have proportions of 50, 25, 15 and 10 percent respectively. They are filled in a concrete mixer to blend the mixture by the a revolving method, and the before the ready-mixed concrete can be used as the purpose intended.
Overall, there are five processes of cement production, yet the concrete manufacturing processes are consists fewer steps than cement processes production.
