The given bar charts give details about the average house prices in five cities from 1990 and 2002, compared with the average house prices in 1989. The data can be drvided into two groups,: one group showed a significant increase, while the others was underwent a huge drop.
With regard to the former group, it can be seen that average house prices in Madrid and Frankfurt were the only two cities whice slightly increased from 1990 to 1995, [54- word sentence in the following seven years, ordinary house costing valuations in London was showed the highest proportion in variation, jumping from -7% to 12% during the 10-year period, while the mean prices in New York was two times greater than in 1989,whice changed to 5%,as same as just live the mean prices in Madrid,. slight increasing to 4%.] break this sentence up In Frankfurt (1996-2002), the average prices started at 3% and then dropped to only 2%, but were still higher than mean prices in 1989.
On the other hand,in the latter group, there was a -5% fall in the mean house prices in New York, and a -7% decrease in Tokyo’s mean pricing values., as much as in London ‘s one .After that, the mean of house costing in four cities rose higher than 1989’s from 1996 to 2002, except for the ordinary house costings in Japan, growing to -5% but remained less than 1989’s.
From an overall observation, the largest highest average house house prices was were in London, had increased by the end of 2002, Conversely, the a minor percentage change from 1989 prices was seen in Japan.

IELTS Examiner Comments : Keep your sentences to a max of three clauses to avoid a loss of meaning. Try to group data when you can but overall you’re done quite well with the trend language and living of ideas. Work on rephrasing vocabulary (subjects) and bring in language from outside the task.
