The charts provide information about journeys to and from England and, the most popular nations for English people to travel to from 1979 to 1999.
There are two upward trends of the international touring travel to and from the UK during a the 20-year period. There was a slight moderate increase in British dwellers citizens visiting abroad, from around 12 million UK individuals in 1979 to 20 million people in 1986, followed by a sudden rise to almost 55 million by the late 20th century. For the overseas travelers to England, the number gradually went up from 10 million in 1979 to 12 million in 1986. Then, foreign people doubled nearly to 30 million, from 1987 to 1999.
As regards Turning to the bar chart, France was the most popular country visited by the UK residents at 12 million, closely followed by Spain accounting for 10 million English people visitors. By contrast, Turkey was the least popular destination among the UK visitors, as just under 3 million people in 1999 went there.
Evidently, traveling to abroad by British individuals dramatically rose at the turn of the century and of those visited to France was visited the most.

IELTS Examiner Comment : You’ve done well but make sure your intro has all the “wh” information (who, what, when?). Also, as you’ve clearly shown a good hold of English, just make sure you mention as much data as possible on the exam. In other words, mention all the countries. A good effort overall and good luck.
